Limited Warranty

Our product(excluding accessory) are guaranteed to be free from defect    in workmanship and materials for a period of eighteen months  from date of shipment under normal use and service. But limited to  repairing, at company's discretion.

Return Policy

Item must be returned within 14 days upon receiving  for full refund or replace.The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the return item.
Prior to shipping back,please contact us on the details of problem as well as obtain RMA number.The informations we need include model number,series number,reason for return and details of the problem,   
 
Freight Policy

If the product is defective upon arrive,we will pay the freight in both direction.

Otherwise the distributor/customer will be responsible for the freight:

Within warranty : The distributor/customer is responsible for the freight of the device which is shipped to us  for repair.We are responsible for the freight from us to the distributor/customer.

Out of  warranty: The customer will be responsible for the freight in both direction.

Technical Training and Support

We  provides free initial technical & service training on our product to our customer and further technical assistance via e-mail or telephone  as required. The training could be performed in Tampa Bay Florida or Wuhan China. However traveling expenses to and from the above two place are not covered.
